LA County Accidentally Sends Evacuation Order to the Entire County
LA County accidentally sent an evacuation message to the County's entire population of 10.5 million. The message was rescinded 20 minutes later, but frazzled some already frazzled nerves.
LA County currently has 4 or 5 active fires, ranging from the 20,000 acre Palisades fire to the 750 Kenneth fire. The message was meant for just one neighborhood near the latter.
