Are there any limits to what the democrats will do to maintain power in California? Probably not.
Last year, Cal. Gov. Gavin Newsom signed a law banning local governments from passing laws requiring ID to vote. The law went into effect this week. In California, local governments cannot require ID to vote.
"California has enacted a law that prohibits local governments from requiring voters to present identification when voting. This law aims to ensure that voting remains accessible and does not disenfranchise certain groups of voters." says the internet.
So while you are required to show Identification to check into a hospital, to drink alcohol, to board an airplane, to go to a bank or enroll in school or buy drugs at a pharmacy; in California, you DO NOT NEED an ID to vote.
"It is now illegal to show your ID even in local elections in California. The reason they’re doing this is to make voting fraud unprovable," tweeted Elon Musk.
