Erroneous Reports that Palisades Fire Causes Mass Casualty Situation at Duke's in Malibu

12.8.25: This morning the owners of Duke's restaurant issued the following statement: "Monday Night, as we received reports of expected high winds and dangerous conditions, we made the decision to close Duek's Malibu to keep our Duke's Ohana at home and off the road. As we know, our Duke's Malibu Ohana is safe."

"Last night, few crews were Malibu parking lot due to its size and central location. The firefighters treated burn victims from the local area. Contrary to some news reports, the victims were not injured at Duke's."

Thanks to our incredible firefighters, as of this morning (1/8) Dukes is still standing. The situation is unstable and still very dangerous. Please keep our 'Ohana and everyone affected by this tragedy in your prayers.
