Risk is off as suddenly investors head to the door around the world. Nasdaq futures down 1100 points

Update, 8.5.24: "U.S. stocks fell sharply on Monday as part of a global market sell-off centered around U.S. recession fears. The Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 951 points, or 2.4%. The Nasdaq Composite lost 3.1%, and the S&P 500 slid 2.7%. The blue-chip Dow earlier fell as much as 1,200 points.

In what may be the biggest story of 2024, Asian markets are falling, US futures are down. The Japanese stock market, the Nikkei 225 posted its largest 2 day drop in history. The drop is greater than black Monday crash of 1987.

Warren Buffet has sold half Berkshire Hathaway's $72 billion stake in Apple Inc. Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway sold $75.5 billion worth of stock. They’re now sitting on a record cash pile of $276.9 billion. Warren is famous for accurately timing the market.

As for Cryptocurrency, Bitcoin is down 22% the last week, more than 10% just today. Ethereum is down 31% for the week. (21% for the day)
