The Yucatan-inspired restaurant will be serving up a special Recado Negro Short Rib dish featuring char-braised 13oz prime short rib, corn huarache, queso fresco, and jus. Daily, Chef Wes Avila presents a menu that beautifully combines traditional Yucatán influences with his own unique artistry, making KA'TEEN a true culinary destination. Highlights from the highly-inspired dinner menu include Stripe Bass Ceviche, Carne Asada Ribeye, Cauliflower Al Pastor, and much more.

This Father's Day, Ardor by Chef John Fraser, the signature restaurant at The West Hollywood EDITION, invites families and loved ones to gather in the lush, greenery-filled dining room and jungle-esque outdoor patio for "The Kings Feast" fixed menu. The Feast will begin with a choice of one craft beer or glass of wine for Dad. Then a series of dishes will be served family style, including Milk Bread, Raw Cauliflower Cacio E Pepe, and a Green Goddess salad. The entree course offers a 10 oz Dry Aged Strip Loin, topped with Grilled Shishitos, Bonito Nori Salt, and Yuzu Himalayan Salt. Guests will have the option to add on Grilled Shrimp for $20 or upgrade to a 32 oz Bone-In Ribeye Tomahawk for $90. Sides will include hand-cut fries, Ardor's signature Onion Rings, and Charred Snap Peas with Yerba Santa Tzatziki. The Kings Feat will be available exclusively on June 16th for $200.
