Every crime and infraction needs to be cited and prosecuted with a penalty. If there are no charges and no consequences for breaking the law, we have dystopian anarchy like Santa Monica is right now. The homeless need to be gathered up and moved to huge refugee type huge tent shelters so they can get triaged to get drugs and get jobs and rejoin society. It is criminal that our electeds allow people to terrorize the public and ruin their own lives. Please do not vote for an incumbent. We need a revolution. The current system is failing us. Do something different. Newsom emptied the jails to come terrorize us and now we are getting the results.
