IDF forces kill Hamas terrorist who paraded the dead body of German-Israeli woman Shani Louk through the streets of Gaza as Palestinians cheered her death. This hours after she had danced for peace and love in the Negev desert near Gaza.
Her mother, Richarda Louk told Rabbi Shmuley that Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have informed her that they had taken out one of the terrorists- seen in the viral video parading her body on a pickup truck.
Hamas kidnapped 240 people from the Nova music festival. Like other Israeli women, Louk was believed to have been sexually assaulted before being taken by Hamas to Gaza. But at some point her captors killed her. They also seem to have broken her legs, based on photos of her dead body seen with her captors.
Hamas soldiers paraded her body on the bed of a pickup truck through Gaza. Hundreds of civilians lined the streets to cheer, to abuse captives while screaming "Allahu Akbar."
Her mother had initially been told that she was a captive in Gaza, until part of her skull was found and identified. Two weeks ago IDF forces and volunteers recovered part of her skull. Upon discovery, Israeli President Herzog said the discovery of her skull indicated she was beheaded after she was killed.
"This means that these barbaric, sadistic animals simply chopped off her head as they attacked, tortured and killed Israelis. It is a great tragedy and I extend my deepest condolences to her family," the president said, adding that "about 40 bodies have not yet been identified."
A German is really woman, Louk was 22 at the time of her death. She was a "peace and love" kind of leftist who did not regard herself as especially Israeli, or as a colonizer.
