America's number one Asian female comedian Cat Ce and her comedic big hearted friends performed today, much to the strikers delight at the SAG-AFTRA picket line and delivered some much needed laughter to the on going strike.
Strikers were delighted and cheering for the 5ft 4inch power house! "Wow we needed this soooo much, she was hilarious and even signed autographs after the show!" said a picketing young star struck actress.
The 2023 SAG-AFTRA strike is an ongoing strike action that began on July 14, 2023. The American actors' union SAG-AFTRA went on strike over an ongoing labor dispute with the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers.
"I am so proud to have been able to support my fellow SAG members as they diligently fight for their rights. Hopefully we brought some much needed comedy relief to this ongoing serious issue, it's the least we could do." Said Cat Ce.
The show happened at 10am -12pm at Gate 3, 4201 W. Olive Avenue, Burbank, CA 91522. Cat Ce was joined by Amanda Michelle and other special guest comics were there.
