Public Help Needed to Identify Young Man Struck by Van in Westmont

TORRANCE, Calif. -- On August 25, 2023, at approximately 3:30 a.m., a patient was brought to the hospital by ambulance after bystanders witnessed him being struck by a van. This incident occurred near Imperial Highway and Budlong Avenue in Los Angeles, CA 90044. He is currently intubated and sedated and the hospital does not have any information to help identify him.
