On Saturday evening APRIL 15, 2023 the Alzheimer's Association 'Purple Spring Gala' The Magic of Music was held at the Skirball Cultural Center, 2701 N. Sepulveda Blvd, Los Angeles, with "The Office" star, Kate Flannery as host.
The evening was filled with live musical performances, cocktail reception, beautiful original artwork auction, dinner, and honorees presentation
There were exciting live musical performances from Dave Damiani & The No Vacancy Orchestra, Sal 'The Voice' Valentinetti (America's Got Talent Season 11), outstanding Spotify performer Elijah Fox, Billy Valentine, and Rayvon Owen ((American Idol).
British singing star, 6ft 3 ½ inches, 4 time Grammy winner, Seal ( Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adeola Samuel) gave an incredible singing performance of "Stand By Me", and "They Can't Take That Away From Me"- and then he concluded his musical act with a passionate "I've Got You Under My Skin" to bring the excited guests to the dance floor to sing and dance with this fabulous and legendary artist.
Many of the Celebrities, VIPs, Sponsors donors and guests had a close loved one in their lives that had this horrendous- life ending disease; Alzheimer's .

Honorary Chair Mikkel Eriksen, Legacy Honoree Jackie Kouri and Fund The Mission Speaker Myra Garcia, all gave moving and impressive speeches.
Gala Host Kate Flannery did a marvelous job hosting the evening and gave an exceptional singing performance!
This was wonderful and entertaining evening filled with talented performers, philanthropic donors, gracious guests, all who strive to make this world a happier, healthier and better place for all!
