False Report that Employee of Chipotle had been Stabbed, Draws Santa Monica Police to Restaurant

Update, 4/20/23: "There was no stabbing last night. The call for service came in as a tip from KTLA and it turned out to be unfounded." wrote Lt. Erika R. Aklufi, Santa Monica Police Dept. in an email.

Original Report: Details are sketchy, but the Citizen App has a report that a disturbance at 2017 Wilshire Blvd in Santa Monica, involved an employee of Chipotle who was stabbed by a homeless person.

The incident occurred on Wednesday Night at about 9 pm PST. We are awaiting confirmation from the Santa Monica Fire Department.
