In a 9 second video posted to Twitter, a pedestrian walks by a sidewalk vendor grilling 3 animals, possibly cats or rats or rabbits, on a hand rotated spit. The posting account is "Clown World."

"We are about two wrong turns away from mad max level of reality," wrote Prophecy 13.

"And you will pay $4k for a tiny apartment there," posted Anne Stein.

In the past, such informal eateries would be shut down as public health threats. But in recent years, newly elected Liberal prosecutors nationwide have refused to prosecute street vendors for so called "lifestyle" crimes.
