Breaking: Sheriff Executes More Search Warrants in Federal Corruption Probe of Sheila Kuehl, Patti Giggans, Phil Washington

L.A. County Sheriff's Department Tuesday executed search warrants in multiple locations in the political corruption investigation involving Sheila Kuehl , Patti Giggans, & Phil Washington. The latter is currently in nomination process by Joe Biden for head of FAA.

Sheila Kuehl has denied wrongdoing in the probe, which centers on an $890,000 annual contract awarded for five years to a close associate of hers named Patti Giggans. Giggans' organization, "Peace Over Violence," ran a hotline that received perhaps one call a week for sexual harassment claims against the Metropolitan Transit Authority.
