SMPD Investigates Attempted Armed Robbery at 20th and Montana Avenue

Santa Monica Police are searching for a robbery suspect at 20th and Montana Avenue. The suspect, a male in his 30's with a pistol, walked up to the victim who was parked in a car on Montana Avenue. The suspect fled when the man drove away, and the suspect fled.

Tuesday night, 927 pm PST: Good evening, the Santa Monica Police Department is investigating and an attempted armed robbery in the area of 20th and Montana.
