Breaking: a second cyclist has died in separate traffic incidents in Santa Monica. Thas is breaking news we await official confirmation of social media reports.
On 9/12/19, @santamonicapd tweeted: Severe Traffic Injury Collision: “Heavy traffic from18th Street to 23rd; Broadway to Arizona. Expect delays. Avoid the area if possible. Updates will be provided once the area is clear.“

I was at the scene Saturday afternoon on Wilshire. The man was hit hard and there were many people assisting so we did not stay. Is there any information on the cyclist? We wish to help.
