GBK Honors Sports' greatest at the 2019 ESPY Awards Celebrity Gifting Lounge

The ESPY Awards are what the Oscars are to actors and filmmakers. The highest recognition of talent and performance in Sport. During the 2019 ESPY AWARD seasons of the year, GBK was once again the sponsor for the Celebrity Gifting suite. This year they teamed up with premiere brands from all around the world to gift the most innovative and unique gifts to the guests in attendance.

GBK, which has long been a leader in Luxury lifestyle gift lounges and special events, specializing in entertainment marketing integration and this event did not disappoint one bit.

Who attended this years event? Past Super Bowl winners were on hand including James Farrior (Steelers), Obi Melifonwu (Patriots), Ronnie Hillman (Broncos), Prince Amukamara (Giants) as well as other NFL players such as Donald Penn (3x Pro Bowl), Marvell Tell III (Colts), Nickell Robey (Rams), Ty Nsekhe (Buffalo Bills), Marcus Williams (Saints), Anthony Alabi (Dolphins) and Marcedes Lewis (Packers).  WWE Superstar Fred Rosser enjoyed the lounge as well as WWE Host Cathy Kelley, ESPN Reporter Victoria Arlen and Fox Sports Reporter Jenn Hale.  2x NBA Champ Norm Nixon (Lakers) was in attendance as well as Pro Golfer Anna DePalma and current UFC Welter Weight Champion Karmaru Usman. 

Held at the beautiful Kimpton La Peer Hotel in Beverly Hills, what did the guests get to enjoy this year? Well, International brands were definitely a theme this year with several incredible global companies offering their products and services.

The celebrities and sports stars who attended this week's GBK Pre-ESPY Awards event were treated to gifts by IFGfit, designs stylish self-correcting posture activewear with invisible Anti-Slouch technology that instantly and continuously restores posture through proprioception, improves diaphragm breathing and accelerates recovery.

Another brand present was Silent Mode , which showcased the Powermask, a high-tech sleep mask that dramatically reduces the impact of stress through rest.

For beauty treats, some of the brands that were present included Vanish hair removal products to produce smooth skin and eliminate bumps and ingrown hair. Also present was Beauty Pulse gifted the first ever line of luxury cosmetic CBD skin-care which includes the most luxurious, nourishing and restorative anti-aging skin care formulations made using the purest, most effective cold CO2 extractions of CBD available.

Other great brands that were present were BOPULENT, presenting Hand made customized fine jewelry from California. LA Smash Cakes were on hand to gift a voucher for one of their signature hand-made edible chocolate domes filled with candy. 

A brand new yoga studio, Shanti Hot Yoga were gifting 1 month yoga memberships, Story Bikes were gifting their Electric Bike that is designed to take you where you want to go with style and power while being environmentally friendly while knowing that you've mobilized children at a local school in Zimbabwe, ReShoeVn8r were gifting sneaker care packages for all of your sneaker needs and 1 More Headphones gifted 1 More Triple Driver BT in-ear wireless headphones.

Also present were Hertelendy Wines, who gifted wine and winery tasting packages and Deaf Man's BBQ Sauce which specializes in small batch gourmet BBQ sauces which are gluten-free, made using natural ingredients that are non-GMO. 

No gifting event impresses unless it includes travel treats. Guests were excited to receive a complimentary stay at Fit Farm – the Nation's premiere fitness retreat nestled on 160 acres in the hills of Nashville, complete with a full-scale adult playground encompassing 12 zones and America's first and only permanent obstacle course with lodging.  A GBK favorite Swanky Retreats was present, this time showcasing S Hotel Montego Bay, Jamaica was offering up a complimentary 3-night stay at their resort in Jamaica overlooking famed Doctor's Cave Beach. GBK events are never complete without giving back to society and supporting great causes. As with every GBK Lounge there was a charity on-site to inform and engage their guests and this year ETTA Charity was chosen, whose mission is to provide programs and services that enable people with disabilities to live fully enriched, independent and active lives.  Music was provided by ADM Entertainment and a wonderful lunch spread and open bar were provided by Kimpton La Peer Hotel.

Many of the celebrities and influencers from the GBK's ESPYS event have graciously offered to donate additional sessions to their followers as well. We are all behind the movement of support healthy mental fitness.

To conclude, it was a decadent and thoughtful gifting lounge with all the guests thoroughly enjoying what was on offer.
