Doris Bergman's 11th Valentine's Day Romance Oscar Style Lounge and Party Rocks Fig and Olive

For the most awaited award seasons of the year, the Oscar Awards, Doris Bergman was once again the sponsor for the highly anticipated 2019 Pre-Awards gift suite. This year the premiere Media company set out to treat the stars to an array of exciting and cutting edge brands and products.

Doris Bergman Suites, a leader in celebrity gifting was founded by Doris Bergman, whose vision was to show her genuine appreciation to well deserved TV and Film artists who have inspired and uplifted audiences through their work by gifting them with some of America's most exciting products.

We were honored to attend all the various gifting events for the Academy Awards every year. All these events are just fabulous, but I must admit, this year there was a stand out. This was the Doris Bergman Annual Valentine and Oscar Style lounge and party held at the French restaurant Fig and Olive in West Hollywood on the 21st of February.

Several Oscar winners, nominees, presenters and celebrities were invited to this highly anticipated event featuring cutting edge beauty and lifestyle products, fabulous handbags and accessories, delectable wines from Napa, gourmet French cuisine and delicious desserts.

Some of these who attended were Esai Morales and Christopher McDonald joined former Oscar Nominee Bruce Dern, Chris Browning (BOSCH), Diedre Hall (Hollywood Icon/"Days of Our Lives"), Jackson Dunn, (Star of Sony Pictures "Brightburn"), Jon Mack ("Pandora's Box), Kheng Hua Tan ("Star of 2019 Golden Globe Nominated Film "Crazy Rich Asians"), Lydia Cornell, Maria Conchita Alonso, Michael Campion ("Fuller House"), Rex Lee ("Young & Hungry"), Teilor Grubbs ("Hawaii Five-O", , Hollywood Icon Tristan Rogers, Jenni Farley ("Jersey Shore Family Vacation"), Comedian Judy Tenuta, Candace Rice ("Floribama Shore"), Elena Samodanova ("Dancing With The Stars/"So You Think You Can Dance"), Vincent Spano ("Alive"), Award-Winning Actor William McNamara ("Copycat"), Ryan Ochoa ("Pair of Kings"), Donovan Carter & Kris D. Lofton (HBO's "Ballers"),were among the cadre of celebrities and industry VIPS who were treated to the best of the best!

One of the Major sponsers of the suite, this year was Buywine.com. Title sponsor Buywine.com, a wine education brand was showcasing some incredible wine from Napa and Sonoma wine country. Thier latest product was a delicious sparkling Rose, a favourite with guests alike. Montrose Regenerative Cosmetics & Laser Center Olympia International in Montrose gifted guests with thier signature European spa Facial. Bulgarian Vodka brand, Precious Vodka was showcasing their award winning Vodka, encased in a signature diamond shape bottle.

Guests were presented with top-notch Cigars from Montecristo Cigars, Decadent fragrances from authentic perfumiere in Paris, La Cristallerie des Parfum de Paris, Beauty Kitchen were displaying thier natural, effective skin care facial masks and creams that guests could take with them. The ever stylish Timmy Woods was there with her signature collection of handbags on honor of the award season and was gifting the guests bracelets or rings they could accesorize with thier Oscar gowns. Twisted Silver, another popular brand that has been at the lounge before has thier unique silver jewelery on display gifting guests with a beautiful pieces that could be worn as either a bracelet or a necklace. Guests were treated to amazing watches by CURTIS & Co. Timepieces.

On of the highlights of the event was the presence of Sue Wong, a lounge favourite was there with her brand Sue Wong Couture was showcasing thier oscar Gowns gifting guests with a smaple of her latest frangrance.

Zirconmania and Diamond Veneer, another gifting suite regular, were present to showcase their dazzling collection and gift guests beautiful tennis bracelets and diamond studs. Also present was Jonathan Sweet from Building for the Stars presenting beautiful rustic creations.

Art Lewin Bespoke Suits & Tuxedos were showcasing their bespoke tuxedos for the men present at the suite. Spa Girl Vodka was gifting a bottle of decadent vodka either cucumber or pear.

Some of the others gifts were Hair care from Rock your hair and Lasio Hair Care, wine from Canteen wine, bevergaes from HINT Water and Vita Coco, Books from Authors Scott Kelley- "We all die young" and Kathleen Heim titled "The Rules of Nines", beauty products from Olecea Beauty, Spa certificates from Quantum Rejuventation, Mobile technology from LiquidNano, Candles from Milena's Botique, Junkless granola bars, Chapstick , natural skincare from Free Bird remedies and VIP Gift bags provided by BELLA MAGAZINE.

Fig and Olive restaurant also provided a delicious brunch buffet for the guests to enjoy in thier gorgeous sunlit restaurant, enjoyed by a glass of delicious wine courtesy of Buywine.com.

The most unique part of the suite was the awareness and fundraising being done on behalf of an amazing organization called Wednesday's child, which supports the LA County foster care system. Guests and brands generously donated money as well as unwrapped gifts to this great cause. A well deserved cause indeed; there are over 40,000 children in LA who are under the social services system. The sweetest touch was when event organizer Doris Bergman invited some children to the suite to be treated like VIP's. This was just adorable and touching to experience.
