Power Outage at Vons on Lincoln & Broadway

Vons grocery company on Lincoln Boulevard in Santa Monica experienced a power outage at 8 AM Thursday morning. Shoppers and store employees continued to shop in the dark. There is emergency power for the registers but not for the freezers said one manager. As of 10 AM the power was still out
