Pervert Bill Cosby finally found GUILTY but is allowed to go home?

Guilty and "cheers to you"! Fallen 'America's favorite Dad calls the prosecutor an "asshole" in court.

Accused and now found guilty, alleged serial drugger and rapist, America's top family man, the disgraced 80 year old Bill Cosby was rightly and finally found guilty today in court, a victorious day for the #metoo movement. The arrogant comic lashed out in court calling the prosecutor an "asshole" when the prosecutor stated that Cosby was a flight risk. Lucky for the prosecutor Cosby was not close to his asshole offering him a drink!

The jury in Cosby's retrial found the fallen from grace TV icon guilty of all three counts of aggravated indecent assault on Thursday for drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand at his home in a Philadelphia suburb in 2004. Constand initially told police about the assault in 2005, a year after the assault occurred. Prosecutors in Montgomery County oddly decided not to file charges and in 2006 Constand and Cosby came to a private settlement for $3.38 million, but this was not the end of her story.

In 2015 many brave women spoke out with similar disturbing accusations against Cosby, a new prosecutor in Montgomery County filed charges which lead the case to current day.

The shamed comedian faces up to 10 years in prison on each count, but is likely to serve them concurrently.

A sentencing hearing has not yet been scheduled, and he remains out on bail due to the judge's observation that Cosby's health and the mere fact he has showed up to court over the past months showed him not to be a flight risk?

The much welcomed verdict came a year after his previous trial bizarrely ended in a mistrial as a different panel of jurors said they were deadlocked and could not unanimously agree on a verdict.

This committed jury began deliberating Wednesday around 11 a.m. and worked for more than 14 hours over two days to reach the deserved verdict.

Cosby's now richer attorney, Tom Mesereau, said he plans to appeal "very strongly."

"We are very disappointed by the verdict. We don't think Mr. Cosby's guilty of anything and the fight is not over," he said.

Five other women testified against Cosby and were represented by attorney Gloria Allred (Allred represents 33 accusers in total) stated it his was her best victory in 42 years.

This is also a great victory for all his victims who finally saw justice in court.

I doubt Cosby will be saying "Cheers" or "bottoms up" to that!
