Hot New Pop Group Karma: 5 Artist Music Guild Award Nominations

For the Memphis based girl group, Karma, the selfless hard work they've put into their music over the last couple of years and their ongoing campaign to address one of the biggest social concerns of our time has earned them some much deserved recognition.

The group has recently been nominated for 5 Artist Music Guild Awards on Saturday November 12th including Best New Group, Best Song and Video of The Year for "High Life" and The Heritage Award for their "Stop The Bullying Tour," which has played to over 400 schools across the country, earning them a massive presence on all of the social media sites. https://www.youtube.com/user/lovekarma4lifeonline The TV broadcast will be taped for broadcast to over 17 million households on the Sky Angel Network and WATC TV's Atlanta57 in early 2017.

Karma is comprised of Miesha Michelle, Kirsten and Tinea. Of the 5 nominations, Miesha commented, "Honestly this was soooo unexpected and mind blowing,...because in the last year we had our heads so focused on working that to know someone else was watching, paying attention and noticing our hard work brings tears to our eyes." In addition to the awards the group is putting the finishing touches on their first-ever Christmas single and video, "What Do The Lonely Do At Christmas," a new take on the classic song originally recorded by The Emotions. The song will be released everywhere on November 18th thru Arommet/Bungalo/Universal Distribution.
