Tabañero Agave Sweet and Spicy "Eye" Balls

Ingredients

Meatballs

1lb ground beef

½ cup breadcrumbs

1 large egg

Salt and pepper to taste

16 green olives with pimentos

Sauce

1 ½ cup Ketchup

8oz jar Apricot preserves

8oz Tabañero Agave Sweet and Spicy

½ cup water

Directions

Combine the meatball ingredients in a large mixing bowl and form them into 16 (1") balls. Press a green olive into each.

Mix together all the sauce ingredients in a slow cooker until combined

Turn to medium heat and add meatballs.

Simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Sauce will thicken after cooking.
