Serious Moonlight, as Construction Site and Boulevards Disrupted by giant balloon
A huge moon balloon rolled through a city-scape following typhoon Meranti in Fuzhou, China. It rolled across a construction site and down major boulevards. Surprised residents used the Chinese phrase 'furious moon' to describe it (or perhaps that's a phrase from a David Bowie song?) For Chinese, the incident coincided with China's middle-autumn festival, where moongazing is part of the traditional rituals.
