If Caster Semenya Is Female, Then So Is Bruce Jenner

If men and women are equal why do we conduct separate sports events for them?

Those who know me know that I am not afraid to say the emperor has no clothes, there is an elephant in the room, and it's time to call a spade a spade. Whatever Intersex athlete Caster Semenya's True story maybe, it is unfair to make other women compete against her in events such as the Olympic 800 meters.

First of all why do we have separate athletic events for men and women anyway? It's because of the presence of testosterone lands on advantage to men in building muscle mass. This is a known scientific fact.

Another known fact is that Semenya's testosterone level tests at three times the level of the average woman. She is also tall, muscular, has a visible Adams apple like a man, looks like a man, and runs like a man.

Body composition, cardiorespiratory endurance, and nutrition and energy differentiate man from women as much as muscle mass. Women carry more fat than men. This comes as an advantage in sports such as swimming (see the graph below) but in running and other sports it comes as a huge disadvantage. Men also have the advantage of being able to take in more oxygen which helps their performance.

"Why do I have to run against this person anyway?" Asked one female Olympic competitor from Eastern Europe, looking at SemEnya. Why indeed. The whole point of separate Olympic events is to allow women to compete against other women and not against men. This is because they would never beat men.

Compare world records in any Olympic event, and you will see that men run the event substantially faster. For example, in the 400 m, the Mail record is 43.16 seconds, where as the female record is 47.52 seconds, over four seconds slower. This is almost a full 10%! I've attached some charts so you can compare.

It's time for the political correctness of allowing intersex athletes to compete in women's events, to give way to common sense. The dedication and tenacity of women should be rewarded over the handful of intersex individuals whose hormones allow them to defeat real women in their events.
