Lakers' Henry Remains Unavailable

Xavier Henry, a key reserve on the Lakers last season, will be out while a current knee injury is receiving attention.

Henry has gone to New York to receive a second opinion following knee surgery. He will then go to Germany for treatment and is unlikely to be ready when the regular season begins Oct. 28.
