Samohi Open House

All Student Body: ASB Board members Crystal, Jenny and Reed welcomed parents to the Samohi Open House Tuesday night. This year, the Open House had a new form: Science teachers were in science classrooms, but all other teachers were in "departmental venues" which showcased key student work (and in some cases students themselves!) from all classes, across all subjects, gathered in one departmental area, according to Principal Eva Mayoral. Other photos: SamoHi Seniors Tom and Sam, usually “theater types,” told Junior students about Calculus AB and BC. Both are AP classes which culminate in national exams, and give high school students an opportunity to earn college credit; Art teachers displayed student works in an art gallery format.
