    A female Santa Monica resident was sexually assaulted by a male while walking back from the beach in the afternoon of January 10. The victim was walking up the steps from the Arizona Avenue bridge over PCH, toward Palisades Park when a young male reached between her legs from behind and slid his hand over her crotch.
