    Four young women studying at Pepperdine's Seaver college were killed in a collision on PCH Tuesday night. The driver was arrested for vehicular manslaughter following the collision. Pepperdine University identified the students killed in the accident, all seniors at the university's Seaver College of Liberal Arts.
