Los Angeles police detectives are searching for a suspect after a hit-and-run in West Los Angeles that left a local woman dead. It happened at 8:25 p.m. Wednesday, August 30. The suspect was eastbound on Wilshire Blvd as the pedestrian crossed in the marked crosswalk at Federal Avenue.
