    Scallops sold to restaurants in California, Hawaii, and Nevada have been voluntarily recalled by Sea Port Products Corp after at least 206 people became sick with hepatitis A. The US Food and Drug Administration and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention are assisting the Hawaii Department of Health in an ongoing investigation.     The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) is warning consumers not to eat rock crabs caught in Half Moon Bay and bivalve shellfish or rock crabs caught in Monterey Bay, due to the detection of dangerous levels of domoic acid, a naturally occurring toxin.     The fire was first reported Saturday August 13 shortly after 4:00 p.m. Evacuations were ordered in the area of Running Deer Ranch, located on the south side of Lake Nacimiento.
