    Video of an automobile floating in the LA River was posted to social media on Sunday, August 20 at 3 pm PST. This during tropical storm Hilary, the first tropical storm to hit Los Angeles in many years. It is unclear who was inside the vehicle and what their fate was.     As Southern California prepared for a "storm of biblical proportions," i.e. Hurricane Hilary, a small earthquake hit the sea Southwest of Ojai, California. That's in Ventura County, North of Los Angeles County. According to the USGS, which upgraded it from a 5.1 to 5.5, the temblor was felt in Northern Mexico as well.
