Witnesses reported a small fire along the cliffs above Pacific Coast Highway. The blaze was just north of Channel Road in Pacific Palisades on Sunday Morning at about 9:00 am. The fire did not seem to involve more than an acre. Homeless encampments are common on the bluffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
