A motorcyclist was killed today in a crash on the westbound Santa Monica (10) Freeway in Santa Monica, the California Highway Patrol reported. The crash occurred shortly before 6 a.m. at the McClure Tunnel, said CHP Officer Francisco Villalobos. The motorcyclist, described only as a male, died at a hospital, Villalobos said.
