    The long awaited connection between downtown Los Angeles and the beach will finally be a reality on May 20 when the Metro Expo Line's Phase Two opens, connecting the current downtown Los Angeles to Culver City line with West Los Angeles and Santa Monica.     Nick Menza, ex-drummer for the metal band Megadeth, collapsed and died during a performance Saturday night with his progressive jazz trio at "The Baked Potato," a Studio City club and was taken to a hospital. He was pronounced dead on arrival The body was still at an area hospital, according to Capt. John Kades of the Los Angeles coroner's office.     Students say that 4 fellow students were suspended from Paul Revere Middle School in Brentwood Thursday, after marijuana was found in their lockers. Marijuana was also present on the Boys' bathroom floor, said our student sources. Police were present on campus with dogs to locate drugs in lockers. We can confirm this fact from direct observation of the LAPD outside the school.
