    Just in time for summer, the fabled California Incline that connects Pacific Coast Highway and trendy downtown Santa Monica will close Monday so it can undergo a yearlong rehabilitation.     An earthquake with a magnitude of 3.5 rattled the Los Angeles area Sunday night April 12, but no injuries or damage were reported. The quake struck two miles north of Inglewood at 9:17 p.m., according to the U.S. Geological Survey, and was felt across a wide swath of the Los Angeles area.
