    Power lines are down in the 200 block of 21st Street, the SMFD reported Monday afternoon. The lines were reported down at 4:30 p.m. The Department advised residents to avoid the area, given that downed power lines are inherently dangerous. Southern California Edison reported no service disruptions in the area, said SCE Spokesman Susan Cox.     A Magnitude 2.6 earthquake was felt by residents in the South Bay Sunday evening, around 10:44 PM. The US Geological survey said the epicenter was in the sea, about 3 miles west of Huntington Beach and 4 miles from Seal Beach. The small tremor caused no apparent damage or injuries.
