The Azov Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces claim that they have killed a 4th Army general, this time in combat near Ukraine. The heavily contested city has also been the site of around 2500 civilian casualties. Major General Oleg Mityaev, commander of the elite 150th motorized rifle division of the Russian army, was killed today near Mariupol. The Russian Defense Ministry has not commented yet on the claim.
