Einstein Brothers Bagels on Pico Blvd in West Los Angeles has permanently closed, store employees have confirmed to The Observer. Opened in 2013, the store served bagel sandwiches, knishes, delicatessen meats and schmaltz of all sort to the community. Workmen were seen removing the Einstein signs from the roof of the building on Friday, January 22, 2021. The store was recently said to have "closed for deep cleaning" connected to the worldwide coronavirus pandemic, but will not be reopening....
