At 00:56 hours on Tuesday, October 4, 2016, The Santa Monica Fire Department responded to a well involved structure fire, located at 2643 Centinela Ave, in the city of Santa Monica. On arrival, the first arriving engine company reported heavy fire from a third story apartment unit.
