SMCLC citing to a Rule 2202 AQMD mandatory report, Santa Monica Civic Light Commuters says that 65% of Santa Monica municipal employees drive to work in single occupancy vehicles. They then use the limited parking downtown to park for free all day. While our City government continues its policy of making parking more difficult and expensive for everyone else, they continue to not apply the rules to themselves.
